    Vetting

Workers are automatically taken through a vetting process before they are approved to work shifts. This includes performing ID checks, confirming right to work and ensuring they meet our strict criteria.

    Teaching

We’ve developed our own bespoke training programmes that teach the nitty gritty of how to deliver a high quality service for businesses and their customers. We cover professionalism, health and safety, manual handling, fragile transport, packing and loading vans.

    Ratings

After a shift is completed, businesses are asked to provide feedback. Through our rating system, workers are scored on their overall performance. Ratings are based on presentation, care of goods, punctuality and communication. This encourages workers to always do their very best.
