What If I Can’t Attend A Gig?

Once you are matched with a removal gig, you cannot cancel but you can send a replacement in your place. You need to organise the replacement from your own network, we do not do this for you. If you do not show up to a gig or find a replacement, this will be reflected in your attendance rate. When you express interest in removal gigs, this will be reflected on your Shiftbee profile. Given that attendance rates on Shiftbee are very high, a low number will definitely negatively affect your chances of getting matched to other removal gigs. We recommend making sure you show up or send a replacement.
